Second Time's the Charm!

We've finally recovered from Friday's event. Here's what went down:

DJ Raj Mahal started the night off just right with soul music to groove to. Curtis Evans and Our Friends Electric took the stage first, where Brian Morrissey of Inchworm fame came up and helped with the choruses on "Nancy Oh Nancy." Then, A Night in the Box LITERALLY TORE THE ROOF RIGHT OFF THE DOUBLE DOOR. IT'S GONE. The Damn Choir played beautifully and put out a great CD that night! And this was our first experience seeing Jon Drake & The Shakes rock a stage. The Shakes were ultra-tight and played an awesome cover of "The Weight." Mary Fix took LOTS of really awesome photos, you can see all of them here.

It was a close call, but the crowd chose some pretty snazzy folks as the best dressed of the evening. The winners included:

the dashingly dressed Trey Johnson

and the ever-lovely Emily Barta.

Thanks to everyone that came out. We can't wait to do it again next year!
